These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zk567 platform, including all gaming products, sports betting services, financial transactions, promotional offers, and any other services made available through zk567.bet. Each individual may hold only one active zk567 account. 7.1 Bet Placement

7.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling window; the market is suspended at the time of placement due to a data feed issue; or the odds were published in error due to a manifest technical fault. zk567's decision on void bets is final and binding.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play odds are subject to rapid movement and zk567 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous in-play prices where a manifest pricing error is identified.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zk567 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

1. Opening or operating multiple accounts (including through family members or associates) to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade verification requirements.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account operation.
3. Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
4. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
5. Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Using automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
7. Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls.
8. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic arbitrage, matched betting against the platform, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk567 staff, live dealer personnel, or other members through any platform communication channel.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary technology of the zk567 platform.

zk567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the member or a third party with legal authority to act on their behalf.
• Where continued operation of the account would place zk567 in violation of applicable law, regulatory requirements, or licensing obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, zk567 may retain any funds remaining in the account as damages for losses suffered. Where closure is initiated for non-breach reasons (such as a player-requested self-exclusion or regulatory requirements), any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting zk567 support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies before a voluntarily closed account can be reopened.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zk567 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any zk567 content without express written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on zk567 platform content or software.
• Using zk567 branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the zk567 platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk567 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Decisions made by live casino game operators or sports data providers that affect the outcome of your bets.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, or analyses published on or linked from the zk567 platform.

Where zk567 is found liable under any applicable law, its total aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
